Show main page and category links in publish success state

After publishing, it was unclear to users where their templates had actually been saved or how to find them. The success screen only confirmed the main page was live, with no indication that individual templates had been created or how to navigate to them.

The goal of this merge request is to make the destination of published content discoverable directly from the success state, so users can verify what landed and navigate to it without leaving the tool.

Publish success panel now shows two links under the confirmation message:

  • A link to the newly published main page
  • A link to Category:Starter kit templates, where all templates created by the tool are collected
