Build lists of responses, including UI to follow-up on the answer directly on Wikipedia

This adds different responses for the model to handle initial thread creation, and followup questions.

Initial thread creation now lists between 1-4 answers. If there is only 1 answer, it formats a simple response, if there are more than 1 answers, it formats a listed reply. In either case it includes a URL to follow-up on Wikipedia, with accuracy up to the section within the article.
