Remove mdot domains

  • Remove mdot domains
  • Limit for max number of wikis has been increased to 100
  • Test cases have been updated accordingly

Also updated package.json to run the specific api test suite when running npm test. That way it will run automatically when running make all-test locally and it's easier to be aware of that part
