mediacounts/mediarequest: wait on both webrequest sources for thumbnail move

Thumbnails are moving from the upload cache to the text cache, served under the thumb.wikimedia.org host. The mediacounts and mediarequest HQLs already read both sources, but these DAGs are still waiting on the webrequest_source=upload partition. Hence, this MR makes the following changes:

  • mediacounts_load_hourly: swap the hive_wmf_webrequest_upload sensor for hive_wmf_webrequest_all_sources.
  • mediarequest_hourly: wait on both upload and text pre_partitions.
