Change all druid_public host references in DAGs and datahub to use svc url
We are in the process of Decommissioning druid100[7-8] , As part of this we would like to switch the general analytics cluster from using hard codes host values to using singular unified urls. This swaps the druid1007 host used for the datahub ingestion, the druid host used in the hive_to_druid_config job to index to the druid-public cluster and the mw history reduced druid host to use the LVS service url under druid_public_broker VIP. This ensures easier failover and ensures smoother transitions for example in this case.
