only_image_publish.yaml: Remove KOKKURI_REGISTRY_INTERNAL variable
As of Kokkuri version 2.3.1, the default value of
KOKKURI_REGISTRY_INTERNAL is the value of KOKKURI_REGISTRY_PUBLIC,
so remove the now-redundant variable definitions.
How to register an account on GitLab. Due to spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot.
