This release focuses on the translations tests. Assertion messages
should now be nicer, and the tests are also registered via a pytest
plugin: it is no longer necessary for tools to import the tests from
toolforge_i18n.translations_tests.

Initial release. Not for general use yet, but should be good enough to
go on PyPI, so Wikidata Lexeme Forms and Wikidata Image Positions can
start installing it from there instead of via a Git submodule. More
